Lollipop Baby Camera Review

If you follow along with me through my Instagram stories, you already know I LOVE the Lollipop baby camera! This baby camera exceeds all of my expectations, as there is literally not a feature that isn't amazing! It's unique, high quality, intelligent, and much more! Grab a glass of wine or a cup of coffee, depends on the time of day haha, and stick around for a while as I go into much more detail about all of the amazing features this camera has to offer.

Lollipop Camera Feature Pros

_______________________________

1. Multiple Colors

The camera comes in multiple colors such as pink, green, turquoise, and grey. What is even better, is that if you are wanting to change the color of your camera, you can buy the outer silicone cover in different colors and just slip in on your camera. Easy peasy.

2. Multi-Streaming Mode

You can watch every room at the same time when you are in multi-streaming mode! The Lollipop Baby Camera app supports as many cameras as you want! Although, yes, you would have to buy additional cameras.

3. App Instead of Monitor

I feel as if most monitors only reaches so far until it is out of range. That is not the case with the Lollipop Baby Camera! You can literally watch your little one from ANYWHERE you have Wi-Fi!

A couple days after I set up the camera, my significant other and I went out to supper, leaving grandma watching Oaklynn. We were thirty miles away from Oaklynn and the monitor and I was still able to watch Oaklynn during bedtime! Most of us typically have our phones with us a majority of the time anyways, so why not have a baby camera and an app where you can watch your little from your phone?!

This is also going to be great during the summer months when I head back to my summer job, 70 miles away from home, and am able to keep my eye on Oaklynn during nap/bed time. This will definitely give me a little more piece of mind when I can't be home with my best girl.

4. Advanced Night Vision

Watch your baby throughout the night with the Lollipop Baby Camera's advanced infrared night vision! No lights needed.

I adore how clearly I am able to see the picture with the advanced night vision! I will love it even more when the next child comes and the Lollipop Camera will be attached to the crib! You can also see that this was I clip I went and looked at from the night before as Oaklynn was up and crying creating a higher decibel.

5. True Crying Detection

The Lollipop camera detects babies activities and sends notifications when baby cries, makes loud noises, etc. Get false crying notifications from other cameras? That will be no more. As Lollipop recognizes crying from other noises with a minimum of 96% accuracy!

With traditional monitors you can hear any little noise, such as wimpering, babbling, etc. which will most definitely wake you up from your slumber in the middle of the night. Yes, babies wimper and move around like a fish out of water throughout the night. Although, the Lollipop Camera will not notify you unless the noise level has reached a certain decibel. Trust me mama, you will get much more zzzzz's without a traditional monitor waking you up every hour.

When noises are detected, the Lollipop Camera also takes 30 second clips of the occurrence. So you are able to go back through the clips and see exactly what time the baby was awake, etc. A great feature for tracking sleep/awake patterns.

You can also turn on the 'do not disturb' feature. So when we are playing in Oaklynn's bedroom throughout the day, the Lollipop Camera is not sending me notifications when we are making a ruckus.

Oaklynn's Lollipop camera is going to be set up on a shelf, as she is to the age where she would mess with it on the crib (as you can see the smaller images down below in the feed). Although, I wanted to show you the picture if it were attached on the crib. You can also see the red dot around 12:00. This is a notification of when the noise level reached a certain decibel, and I can go back and review.

6. Border Feature

This feature is pretty freaking awesome. You can set a border inside the screen where you can be alerted for movement. So for example, you can set a border around the crib. You will then be notified if the child attempts or has completed an attempt to crawl out of the crib!

7. Bendable Leg

I love this camera, as there are so many ways to mount this camera. Wrap the camera around the crib, mount on the wall (mount comes with camera), or bend the leg to stand on any surface such as a shelf, dresser, night stand, etc.

8. Built In Speaker

The Lollipop contains a built in speaker that can be used to play soothing noises such as lullabies or white noise. Adore this feature as it takes away having to have an additional white noise or lullaby device in the nursery!

9. Non Toxic Silicone

Made with non toxic silicone! A definite win!

10. Audio Mode

Listen to your baby as you fold the laundry, clean the dishes, cook, etc. when set to audio mode. No having to run your battery down with having to have the picture up on the screen.

11. Warranty and Money Back Guarantee

Lollipop offers a 30 day money back guarantee, with no questions asked! Even better, each camera comes with a 12 month warranty, with no additional cost!

12. Easy Set Up

Setting up the Lollipop camera was easy peasy! Literally took about 5 minutes! This camera is compatible with both iOS and Android devices! Simply download the Lollipop Smart Baby Monitor app, after you have your camera set up where you would like, and connect to your phone using Bluetooth.

13. Talking Feature

This feature allows you to talk to your baby throughout the monitor. Calm them when they are crying, send a stern signal that it is time to go to bed, wake them up in the morning, let them know you will be there to get them in a minute if you are busy at the moment. I LOVE that I can even talk to my baby if I am miles away through the monitor and app! Makes this mama's heart happy!

14. Additional Features

You can purchase the Lollipop Smart Baby Sensor, for an additional charge, to log temperature, humidity, and air quality levels. If anything changes with these levels, you will be the first to know!

Lollipop Camera Feature Cons

______________________________

1. Load Time

Literally with every electronic device, there are a few hiccups that may occur. When opening the app, the load time can take a minute or so at times.

2. Leg/Stick Length

I wish the leg length was a little bit longer. The edge of Oaklynn's crib tends to be a little bit thick, so I was not actually able to use the bond that comes with the camera to secure the camera to the crib. I was only able to wrap the leg around the crib. With the bond it keeps the camera more secure in its position.

Although, this was also not a big problem for me either. As I was still able to wrap the camera around the crib without the bond. There are also a couple additional ways the camera can be mounted, instead of on the crib, as well. Such as mounted on the wall or placed on a shelf, dresser, etc.

Although all-in-all, these few cons are easily overlooked with how convenient and painless it makes nap/bed time!

Needing a new, awesome, baby monitor? You can purchase your Lollipop Baby Camera through this link! It makes for the perfect monitor for yourself or for the perfect gift for the new mom to be!

Thank you so much to Lollipop Baby Camera for sending us this gift! Although, as always, all opinions are my own. As you can tell we are more than obsessed and can't say enough good things about this camera!

Also, thank you to all who stopped by! I greatly appreciate it!
